Problem

We already had an ordering system and it works, so we already knew what that could do for our business. So why choose SimpleVen? At our center we are much more than just bowling, we also have simgolf and conference rooms that could also use the same upgrade.

When we heard about SimpleVen we didn’t know if we should outright reject them but we ended up hearing what the had to offer… And it turns out to be a good decision, as they had a flexible system that we could easily implement on our other courts and conference rooms. The steps were very simple:

We told SimpleVen our problems and they were prepared and had already outlined a good solution.
We had given them our menu card and they added all the items, then corrected the errors together.
They gave all of our employee training in the system and before we knew, we’re already up and running!

Result

The results is immediately clear for us. Now we are experience the same value on our simgolf courts and conference rooms that we do on the lanes, which is exactly what we hoped for. A side note is that the software doesn’t cost us anything in the months where people a golfing outside, which is really good!

The system works on our Simgolf courts as well. It’s fantastic!
