Problem

We have all the traditional business problems as our sister bowling centers, and we saw how a digital solution could solve most of the problems. So we really wanted a digital solution, but our center is differently built with less space. So to get a digital solution, we had to figure out where the tablet should be placed and how to get power to the stations.

We are a part of the City Bowling group, and when we saw the solution in Odense and Holbæk, we knew we had to implement it in our center as well. Compared to our sister companies, we didn’t have as much space and had to find a creative solution to implement a tablet on each lane. Luckily, SimpleVen helped us throughout the whole process and offered creative solutions. When we found the solution we were happy with, we skipped the test run and directly implemented the solution in our Center.

Result

Even though we don’t have the tablet on a table like our sister centers, we still think it helped us a lot overall. People use it diligently over going to the bar to order, and the best thing is the revenue. We checked every day, and we can conclude that we earn more compared to the same day the year before; this has been a positive change.
